I would definitely be amiss if I didn’t write you and thank you for the truly excellent job of home improvement you recently completed at my home in Woodridge.

The entire Gildo organization was professional, skilled, responsive, honest, and a pleasure to deal with before, during and after the project. From the initial contact with Mrs. Gildo and the subsequent conversations with Jim Jr. and Jim Sr. it was shown that Gildo Home Improvement has one person in mind – The Customer.

I want to extend my thanks and compliments to the skilled craftsmen on your staff. They are truly professionals in their trade and in the way they work with the customer. They came into my house with a great work ethic for both quality and performance. As I look at my house, inside and out, I think about what it looked like a month ago. Their performance gave me a beautiful quality house, in a short period of time, without any interruptions in my schedule or my families. I moved to Woodridge over twenty years ago before I-355. When the highway was installed, I thought road noise was normal. Since the new siding and insulation, I have not heard overnight noise. My air-conditioning unit never was able to keep up with the temperature setting on the thermostat (normally 78 degrees). During the recent hot spell, the air conditioning was cycling on and off – something I hadn’t heard in some time. I suspect future energy savings in the summer as well as in the winter. This is due to your excellent insulation and repairs after the tear off.

The makeover Gildo Home Improvement provided to my home is one my family will cherish for years to come. It also beautifies the Village of Woodridge, in my neighborhood. I have received numerous compliments from neighbors and people driving by. I don’t deserve the compliments. The Gildo family of Home Improvements does.
